Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of contract. If you expressly consent to the commencement of work within the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost upon full performance of the service.
Full refund of the deposit within 7 working days.
The deposit is applied against work completed. Unused portion refunded proportionally.
No refunds are available after client sign-off on final delivery. If the delivered work materially fails to match the agreed scope, Rosies Design Studio will correct the issue at no additional charge.
